2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on your pin code and courier network coverage.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
- You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website or app to monitor your delivery status.
- If you face issues tracking your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specific purchase amount (as per ongoing offers).
- For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a nominal delivery fee may apply, which will be shown during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional handling charges.
6. Order Delays and Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping the order may incur additional delivery charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged, tampered, or missing items upon delivery:
- Please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately.
- If you notice the issue after accepting it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package.
- Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
8. International Shipping
At present, giftmango.com ships only within India. International shipping services are not available.
9. Change of Delivery Address
- You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
